Review for Breckenridge Apartments

The apartments are pretty, and that's about it. In the winter, the parking lot never gets salted, it can become very slippery. Property manager is very rude. I had a friend that moved out and her apartment was in PERFECT condition, this girl was a total neat-freak, and she received NONE of her deposit back. They charged her $35 for removal of a nail in the wall and she never even used nails!! They only have a one year lease available, which really sucks. Even after your first year, you have to sign another one year lease or you can rent month-to-month for $50 extra.... EACH MONTH. There is no type of security. My car has been hit with paintballs twice. I can't wait until my second lease is over.
