The girls are never in the office, no place for children to play, dog do everywhere, halls dirty, carpet dirty, trash every where, don't clean walks when it snows, don't clean the drive way good, activities are awful, don't fix things, don't wash down anything, close pool in summer at 9, not 10. to many children for small pool, don't enforce the rules, mail lost, boxes left open. furance dirty, don't clean vents, high utitlies from an outside elec. co. people park in the handicapped spots, raising the rent, offering cheap fixtures and blinds, small for the amount of money they are asking for.
