Rented: From 2008 To 2009

Horrible management and pricing for living conditions. They take advantage of college students living off of their parents. They charge ridiculous latae fees and over exaggerate damages to try and get more money out of you. They are rude and condidending and the office is run by mentally unstable power-tripped idiots. They will tow your car to make money off of it through a deal with the towing companies, even if you are on a lease there. Avoid all Windsor Management.
