Stow Kent Gardens Apartment located in Stow are apartments that have some good potentials. However, owner seem to be out for the money only. Just recently with new property managers have we seen a change. Of course property is still up for sale. When you first see property you think how nice, until you move in. Family units needs a lot of work and tenants need to be patrolled more.
