Review for Mayfair Apartment Co Apartments

Here is a list of things that have gone wrong in the last month that I have lived here. I have been stuck in the elevators twice, water was pouring out onto my floor, water was pouring out of my ceiling, the paint is coming off the wall, the door handle in my apartment snapped off, There is magically a screw sticking out of my bathroom wall now, the toilet seat was broken, there is a hole forming oin my wall because they patched it with thin paper like material and painted over it, I tried to hook up internet but they had painted over the phone jack and I had to replace it, my "wood" floors are buckling. This has all happened in three weeks. The even worse part is that I have told them about all of this and they havent fixed it yet. The girls that work for this place are great and kind, but don't let good looks fool you. This place is an absolute dump. I am breaking my lease next month, regardless of cost. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I am calling OSHA on them as we speak.
