Review for Heritage Green Apartments

They have alot of management issues! In the year and a half I was here, there's been 4-5 different managers none of which really wanted to do their job. To give you an idea, they recently promoted the maintenance man ,who's been there a grand total of 2 months, to apartment manager)

Their maintenance is very poor, it takes forever to get him out just to look at the problem, and several calls and months to actually get anything fixed.

The property itself is OLD and in desperate need of total renovations. The windows, doorways and heatrers/air-conditioners being the worst. The fences around the property are an eyesore. The exterior of the complex is never maintained, and they refuse to do anything about the sidewalks during the winter.

Noise is a problem as many tenants have no respect for their neighbors. Management does not seem to be interested in resolving any issues concerning noise.

Finally, please get everything in writing and KEEP ALL RECEIPTS! They will deny ever speaking to you about any maintenance issues you bring up and/or any agreements made with them and RIUN YOUR LIFE!

DO NOT PAY YOUR RENT IN CASH!!!!! (They will steal it.)
