I lived there about 2 years ago. You get what you pay for. If the apartment is nice when you move in your good to go. If you need anything after that you are screwed. The mang. sucks. The neighbors are very nice and would help you if you need it. It is a very quiet safe neighborhood, if you get the building that the office is in. Every unit is different and the air conditioning sucks. The hallways are not climate controlled, and look whore-able. Alot of older people live there so if you plan on even watching tv at night plan on a complaint. You can hear everything through the door. Despite all that I didnt find that it was a Bad place. I would live there again because it is alot better than places in the area.
