Review for Ashton Meadows Apartments

I have lived in this apartment a year and a half now. When I first moved in the winter everything was peachy. The apartment was nice, the area was quiet and the staff was friendly. Since then bad kids have moved in. Neighbors leave their trash on the porch. Parking is limited. Management and maintenance is horrible. You have to call 5-6 times before they will come and fix a maintenance request. They give you a 2-day grace period to pay your rent even if it is on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday). I would have never renewed my lease if their month-to-month lease fee wasn't so high. Their rates are ridiculous and I cant wait to move out!!. **** DO NOT MOVE HERE ****
