Review for Coventry Village Apartments

well, I am a clean person. I like smelling freshly cleaned homes and the scent of a clean place in general. I am tidy for the most part. Sometimes laundry piles up (but always in the laundry baskets). Anyways, there is a real millipede and roach problem here! So far 2 millipedes have been killed today. I've seen 7 roaches sense I've lived here in both hallways and my apartment. The management "seems" to take it seriously, but they still show up from time to time. The buildings/hallways stink so bad...a mixture of old nursing home, cigarette smoke, and funky body odor. Anything anyone cooks comes right into your apartment too. Sometimes it's good, but most of the time it is like burnt toes that haven't been washed in a month roasting on a gas stove...real appetizing.The maintenance guys are so nice though! Cindy the manager is pretty cool too, just DO NOT PISS HER OFF...yikes...but she treats her residence nice and respectfully if you don't get an attitude with her or voice complaints in a nasty manner. The parking is terrible, especially on the weekends, and there are not enough lights. I hear my neighbors fighting a lot, but they are much louder than normal people, so for the most part it is quite. Without the roaches and millipedes I'd choose to live here again if I had to.
