Rented: From 2003 To 2007

My car has been broken into and items stolen three times in the last nine months at this address, and that's just my property. Several other tenants have had property damaged and stolen. I heard their reports personally.

My property was attacked and items were stolen twice in 2006 at this address; and only a week after I moved back to this property in September 2007, my car was broken into and my stereo and cell phone stolen. The cost of repairs was nearly $1,000. A police report and insurance claim were made.
