This place is crap. The landlord takes money from people and its supposed to be government owned and based on income. She will evict someone so that she doesnt have to replace the STOVE THAT CAUGHT ON FIRE! Even the fire dept. said she had to replace it!!! It ALWAYS REEKS of trash. and She is stealing mail that people get for relatives, on girl gets mail for her brother in iraq and Phyllis steals it!!! Dont even visit this place, she will get you and con the system.
