Review for Jamestown Village Apartments

word of advice: don't live here. the apartment itself is nice, but with rent being 400 a month plus having to pay EVERY utility its so not worth it. They told me my utilities shouldn't be more than 100 a month combined, with the gas in the wintertime it gets up to almost 300! on average im paying 600 a month to live on the westside of warren, and believe me its not as elegant as they lead you to believe. The late fee's are outrageous and they aren't willing to work with you, i hear EVERY sound the people above us make, including the couple that fight constantly on the third floor. The neighbors yell in our windows all the time when they are open for cigarettes or a few dollars. seriously, live somewhere in Cortland.
