If you are thinking of renting in nice quiet community with no troubles, you’re dead wrong. Avon Oaks has an extended history of bad business, from no heat available to backed up sewer systems this place is rated F. The staff has no compassion for any of the tenants, and the owner is worst. This low income dwelling prays on the needs of hardship families. With this they have the power to treat their tenants any way they choose. I recommend you do not rent from this property. If you’re unsure simply ask a couple of random tenants on the property, I am that confident they will agree.
