This company will take you to the cleaners! DO NOT place a security deposit or sign the lease till the day you intend to move in!!! I never signed the lease and my $800 security deposit was kept though I never moved into the apartment. It was not ready for two weeks after the deposit and I disagreed with the terms of the lease so they simply kept the $800. This is an aggressive operation. I would not consider any property managed by this bunch!
