Review for Blendon Square Townhomes Apartments

We moved into Blendon Square about 4 years ago (2005). We loved having a full finished basement and a nice pool to swim in. The maintance was very nice and was pretty good about fixing things. Some downfalls is the amount of kitchen space, you only have one drawer, and there is only one bathroom. As the 4 years have passed we have gotten our car broken into, some people's gas has gotten taken out of their cars. There is only one garbage dump for the whole community and it smells horrible when you live by it. They have gone under new managment not to long ago and its just gone down hill. It seems like they are letting anyone move in now. OH and the most annoying thing about this place is that you can hear your neighbors peeing in the bathroom, you can hear conversations from your neighbors. It is horrible. We have gotten in fight with our neighbors before because they are super loud, but we are cool now. But all in all its a pretty decent place to live. There are kids running around everywhere, with no parents watching them, so watch out because they run infront of cars. The pool is really nice though, there is adult swim 8-10. They have a pool party in the summer. The do allow pets but only one dog, two cats, or a cat and a dog. We had two dogs and they made us get rid of one in 24 hours. Ive seen people with two dogs here and they dont get in trouble, so I dont know. But I really wouldnt recommed this place because they are shooting their rent up to 800 dollars and its not worth it. It was worth the 700 we paid in the beginning, now we just found a better deal elsewhere with more amenities. But the maintence is very nice and very helpful!
