Review for Stratford Chase Apartments

I lived in these apartments for 2 years and recently moved out disgusted with these people.The management is extremely poor and unfriendly. They will make all kinds of excuses to hoodwink you of your security deposit. We rented out the clubhouse once and even after cleaning it out thoroughly were not returned the deposit. The same thing happened when we moved out. They made lame excuses to keep our deposit and in addition were treated very rudely. The corporate manager refused to let us come to their office to discuss the issue and insisted on only talking via phone or mail. The walls are paper thin and you can actually hear the other person using the restroom in the neighbouring apartment. The fitness center is a joke. They don't shovel the snow during the winters..I had my car stuck at least 3 times in the snow because they dont clear the roads. Above all the management is extremely rude and will treat you badly in case you need to deal with them. GOOD LUCK TO ANYBODY WHO WANTS TO RENT HERE!!!!
