Rented: From 2004 To 2005

No problems w/apartment, but I have been waiting almost four months now to get my deposit returned and keep getting the run around. The company, I am told, is in receivership, so guess what that means? I would not recommend signing anything with this place unless you want to kiss your $$ goodbye! I keep getting told I'll get my check any day now. I've been told that for the past 2 months!
