Well... I'll start with the benifits of living in the Aldridge building.. Its close to ECU's campus, its a centenial building est. in 1927,its very pretty on the outside, and its income based so its a cheap as you need it ( all utilities paid )
now with the down side... the parking is disaterous. There is only 24 alotted parking spots for the building's residents... and there are 89 tenants. And since its downtown, friday and saturday night are quite noisy because the
