Review for Bryan Hill Apartments

I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment. I was paying 525 a month plus my 25 dollar water bill. I can say that this is a quiet and safe apartment complex. However, I was living in a roach infested apartment. They were in my shower, refridgerator, everywhere. They would say that they were going to spray but I rarely saw a work order. Not to mention the fact that we constantly had sewer back up. It was never properly fixed. The maintenance men would come out, but serious problems were never fixed. The manager finally agreed to move us. We got into the new apartment and it was full of mold. The manager agreed to let us break our lease. So then we agreed that our stuff would be out by the end of the month. We had stuff in both apartments but they said it wasn't a problem. Will later I found out that they moved my stuff into 1 apartment without permission. They had got oil, dirt and grass all over my couches. They broke 2 legs on my coffee table. Which by the way this furniture was brand new. I had it delievered to my apartment when we moved in. And I must add they moved someone into the apartment full of mold before getting it cleaned out.

You need to contact the Health Department and Metropolitan Fair Housing Authority even if you have moved They definitely need to know and if you did not get your deposit back they can help with that
