Review for Magnolia Manor Apartments

Have been in an apartment for over 14 months. We have reported problems like the shower constantly runs, not a drip, runs since we moved and has not been fixed. Has changed management several times, each time saying things will get better, we will inspect all units no exceptions, and yet we have never been inspected. Air conditioning still doesn't work and it's almost June, yet we are harassed constantly to keep doors and windows closed even though the AC doesn't work. The thermostat is set at 72 and yet the AC never shuts off but never really cools down. When first signed the lease we had a cat and paid a $200 deposit. We got a dog right before our lease was up and signed a new six month lease which clearly states 2 pets are allowed and also paid another $300 deposit for the dog. We have just been given a 5 day eviction notice due to property damage, which there is none besides what we have constantly been reporting since we moved in, and having 2 pets, which is clearly stated in the lease as being fine Since the eviction notice we reason to believe that the "landlord" has been going into our apartment, for what reason we have no idea. We lock the door and deadbolt to find just the deadbolt locked later(there is no key for the deadbolt). Really think twice before renting here.
