Review for Orchard Springs Apartments

They spray for roaches every couple of months, even if you never see a roach. You have to remove everything from the kitchen, or pay a fine of $25.

Kitchen tiles are placed over concrete that is uneven, and weight from sitting on chairs causes them to crumble.

Parking spots stained with large oil spots, which can rot your tires if you park on them.

Mailboxes vandalized, not repaired.

Electronic gate sometimes does not work, sometimes tenants can not get, unless they wait for somebody who knows the emergency code. It is supposed to be activated by a light beam when you drive by. Sometimes the bar constantly goes up, then drops and bangs on the ground.

When it is working, you have to drive all the way around the complex to get in or out, depending on where you live. The drive takes about 3 minutes.

The management claims not to have paper records, and sometimes not to be able to get the computer records because somebody is using the computer, or the computer is down.

the above review paints a nice picture compared to how bad it really is to live at these apartments.
