The manager is hostile. She's outright mean. If there's a problem, it will get fixed only after she harasses you about it. "What do mean this is broken? I don't know how. You must have done something." She never says hi or have a good day. Other than the witch, everything else is ok.

Ya if something brakes down in your apartment she blames you when its really the apartment its self because they don't know what there doing or they wait till it gets real bad. and the security cop he is up to know good let me tell ya he can't stand any kinda noise he freaks out on ya maybe the manager and him would make a good couple. LOL he doesn't have a girl friend so may be he needs to get a girl maybe he might calm his hormones down a tap.
