Pretty Nice As Long As Your In The North End Of T

I've lived here a little over a year and I like it. It's been really quiet, no wild parties. I haven't had to do any business with the management, but some of my neighbors don't care for them. My landlord has always been very prompt and helpful. But the south end of the property sees a lot of crime and drug dealers. It's not bad as long as you stay on the north side they stay on their side. And the management has decided to take steps to try to get rid of them. One thing I like though is that the laundry mat stays open 24/7 although it is rather small for the whole complex. Since it has two pools, you can usually find one with no one it, or if they have to clean one the other is usually open. They have been doing more landscaping lately that rather nice. I don't like that I have to clean the stairs and the landing myself, because no one else seems to care what it looks like.
