Review for Westbrook Place Apartments

I have lived her for only a semester starting in January. It is now May and I cannot wait to move out. There seems to be a problem with the apartment all together and no one will help me. Since January my air conditioning has not worked and I have complained 3 different times and nothing has been done. Depending on the weather, it has gotten up to 90 degrees and it's not even summer yet. I also have a dog who absolutely cannot stay in this type of situation. I also came home one day to find that my door knob had been messed with. It was hanging off the door. When I told the manager about it, her response was, "so uh, do you want it fixed?" There are so many problems here and nothing ever gets done. Not to mention the mine field of dog poop. You cannot walk anywhere on the grass and not expect a little present of poop on the bottom of your shoes. I have been planning to move out in the summer and the management tells me that my lease is not up until August 31, when I signed and dated for a 6 month lease to end July 1st. With every single problem that has occured, the manager literally shrugs her shoulders and says, "well, you're probably going to just have to deal with it." And this is the manager...how professional. When a work order is submitted by the manager, it takes 2 weeks before anything ever gets done. I would absolutely never, ever recommend this apartment complex to anyone. It's extremely unprofessional and the staff could care less about you and your needs.
