Review for Scholars Inn Apartments

This place is a dump. The owners are rude, when stuff is broken it takes them weeks to fix it. They go on vacations months at a time which is probably why they do anything to keep your deposit. The paint is so thick that it either chips off or pieces of paper adhere to it. Not to mention the walls are concrete (yea it feels like a jail cell). There is no parking during school. The plave is just awful I was not pleased with my stay at all.
