Review for Stonebridge Cove Condominiums Apartments

We moved in with the idea that they were on top of their maintenance issues, but not true. My unit's roof leaked like crazy, my closet flooded and they did not fix it or replace the rotten carpet, even though they stated they would. I had to do all I could to clean my carpet myself. My toilet leaked up stairs and they never fixed the ceiling downstairs, so it left a very nasty looking wet spot. I was messed over really bad on the cleaning issues, it was a lot cleaner then when I moved in, but was docked $200 from my deposit. We cleaned the carpets and waxed the kitchen floor. All applianced were spotless, but they still found something wrong. The come in unannounced frequently. They never fixed the A/C heating unit. The electric bill year round was about $200+. Which is quite a bit for an apartment. Neither my roommate nor I were home alot either. It was not what I had expected at all. I was very sad to be so dissappointed. I really liked alot of things about it, but there was not one maintenance issue resolved besided my toilet. There were holes left in the ceiling and many knobs missing from the kitchen and bathroom drawers. Many of the drawers did not even work at all.
