Review for 6Th Street Apartments

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The lady who owns and runs this place has no business running anything. The place ended up having a constant gas leak that she would not have fixed among MANY other problems she would not take care of, she has the maturity level of a child and plays head games with her renters. The place is in a very unsafe neighborhood and a lot of what she does is illegal. I ended up only living there for a short period of time then ended up having to take her to court for my deposit even though the place was in better shape then when I had moved in. Needless to say I ended up getting my deposit back and I hope she learned a little about how to run an apartment complex. The woman is out of control and I hope she gets help.
At the time I took her to court I found out that I was not the only one that was having legal problems with her!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

I'm in the same boat as you. I also lived there and having to take her to court. Do not live here.
