Review for Linden Wood Apartments

The Linden Wood apartments are ok, If its your only option i would take it. The places are old, and the land lord has about 3 brain cells. Living here wasnt bad, you can just walk to LBCC. Theres lots of noise at night because of the intersection and you are near 99. The landlord talks it up like the best place to live with a pool, and a rec room. Well yes it has a pool but its never open and its really dirty. The rec room is ok. Cheezy DSL internet that always quits. A pool table with missing balls, and smoke stained green couchs. The mail box system is really old and not well secure. It had a bad theft problem while i lived there. And all the surounding rooms smoked lots of pot. All the parking spots are taken after 8:00pm, and the land lord gets really nosey when you have company. Like i said i would stay away with this place unless you dont mind what i just mentioned. I enjoyed living alone and its better then a Dorm. But i would look at different appartments first unless you like that its walking distance from LBCC, and your not willing to spend lots of money on an appartment.

You really don't want to rent a room from here. The landlord is always drunk and entering your rooms without permission and telling you to do your dishes or your out. I thought it was against the law to unlawfully enter a tenants room with out prior consent or written notice. Also toilets over flow all the time and you can never get anyone to fix it. I don't think her husband (the maintence guy) ever works and if he does he gets very mad when you bother him.
