The units dont look that bad. But the garbage is an issue. The Managers Mike and Jen do nothing to clean up. The mess can go week and and not be cleaned up until someone calls the property owners and get Mike and Jen to do there JOB. They are getting paid to be "Managers" but really they do nothing. Which is too bad because the units are not that bad and could be a nice place to live if they had the right people management.
