Review for Springbrook Gardens Apartments

I have lived in Springbrook for 3 years and am getting the hell out of there this months. Several problems with this place...1..I have had slugs in my apartment each year I have been there..waking up in the middle of the night to get a drink of water..only to step on a gross slug...OMG?.how gross is that??? 2. I have had mold in the 2nd bedroom do to the outside of the building needing new siding and mold getting in...they had to come in and pull up the carpet to get it cleaned. 3. They have single payned windows and they sweat horribly in the winter time. I had puddles of water and I asked them if they could replace my sliding glass door...huge amounts of water and mold/mud..of course they said NO. This community does not want to upgrade anything on the property. 4. The power bill for my 2 bedroom unit in winter time..the highest was $170.00...that is insane for an apartment! This place is just an overall bad place to live!
