Manager does nothing, he expects the residents to work for him. A 5 year old could do better maintenance work than we get. Children are allowed to run wild. You can hear everything, and I mean everything, so if you do NOT want to sleep at night it's the place for you. The only landscaping work is mowing every-other-week, weeds are beginning to out-number the grass blades. Scrubs are dieing. Never expect to have your vistors find a space to park, because there is NO vistor parking space that isn't taken by residents who park their cars and never move them.
