Review for Rolling Green Apartments

The apartment manager is rude every time I have dealt with him, Tracy Johnson, seems to take great pride in finding little things to annoy me with at every opportunity. He is always rude in is his mannerisms and not respectful or cooperative in any way. He is constantly watching me and that makes me feel very uncomfortable. The apartments are very old and hardly updated no air conditioning or central air ,heating in winter barely enough for even this very small one bedroom, very drafty.
