Review for Laurelwood Apartments

The managers don't do a very good job screening people when they move in here! So far they have let college kids that where selling pot and smoking pot live here! And this year they let a single woman move in here that is in an extremely dangerous gang! And the managers do not know really how to repair things in apartments! And when the local police where here in july to get out a gang memebr that had guns and they where trying to get this guy out next door of my apartment the managers where at the same time letting a family move in here while the police where here with guns! Also! The window frames are really old metal ones so the windows sweat and get black mold in them in the winter and summer. And the water pressure is low and there still is a lot of my nieghbors still complaining about that they are only getting a trickle of water in there facets! And the electrial outlets are old too! All the wiring and the pipes here really need to be replaced and the window frames too!
