Review for Lake Oswego Terrace Apartments

These are old units that were remodeled. Since home sales tanked, many of these condo units have been rented and this has led to many transient renters. If you have a noisy neighbor, your life will be hell as the units are acoustically transparent and management does not act on day time noise complaints. In other words, one can clearly hear TVs, stereos, and people walking above your unit. Units have the original, leaky, single pane sliding doors, which do little to keep the cold or heat from entering the units seasonally. Heaters are small, loud hairdryer-like wall units in each room. Rental units have no a/c and get very hot if temps rise above 90. Hallways stay warm to hot all summer since they are not ventilated. Water in the a.m. tastes of rust in the bathrooms unless you run the tap for a minute. People talking on the phone or having parties on their balconies are loudly overheard from surrounding units. Overall, these units are overpriced and disappointing for those who value a quiet respite from the world.
