Review for Ivanko Garden Apartments

The location is nice, and the quality inside is pretty good. It's just enough out of the way to be pretty quiet, but still conveniently close to major shopping areas. Parking availability is abysmal, and although there are some garages available, large cars don't fit well, and full size trucks don't fit at all. Garage= additional $50/mo., not attached.

The paint is kinds ugly in a plain way. Bring your own color! There are 2 pools, kinda small, but I haven't used them to rate.

Security is non-existent, but is mostly unnecessary in this area. Not gated.

Appliances are fair, electric stoves, dishwashers, gas hot water (very small, tho), and electric Heat Exchangers (like A/C). But they're all kinda dated, beginning to show some age.

Maintenance personnel have been changed recently. The new staff has some catching up to do to fix what was left, but time will tell. I predict improvement. The owners are off-site and mostly absent. The main office person seems very nice but often acts otherwise.

Overall, I like the infrastructure and location a lot, but there's nothing to be done about parking, and don't trust the office staff. May be overpriced, but I can't say.

The "Recommend to a Friend" option needs a middle setting: Maybe.
