The rental agency is a control freak. If you enjoy your privacy, do not rent here. The fat fuck in the office has some serious power trip issues. I feel sorry for the tenants the have to live here. I will be moving out after the first month. I suppose if you enjoy other people telling you how to live your life then this is the place for you.
