Review for Guardian Management Newell Creek Apartments

My familiy and i used to live here at Newellcreek! We used to live in apartment#27 on the bottom floor! We experinced flooding in that apartment from 2001 to til 2006! And we reqested many times for the owners and managers to fix and repair the gutters and the rain drains becasue in the winter when it rains so hard the rain drain gets clugged up and the water comes into the aparmtennts! In newellcreek apartments there has been black mold and pink mold in all the apartments in the past becasue i called up the building inspector in clacakamas about the apartments and he told me that newellcreek has never ever been paintded with a sealant that protects that walls from any kind of water and mold! Newellcreek was built on top of a swamp! Many years ago and should have never been built there at all! Many people have gotten sick from the black mold here and also the maintance that people report here should get fixed right away! Not next year! This place should be closed down As soon as possible!
