Review for Rosewood Terrace Apartments

Although there are some nice people there. There are people their that are not very nice. The neighbors are most of the time quite with little eye watching every move you make. Lots of drinkers and midnight police calls. For a HUD subsidized housing it is great for a new start if you really need and want the help. Further it is a step up off the streets. Management just changed over and many changes have taken place. But be careful to check out the walls, floors, utilities, lighting, and report any and all damages via photos, and videos.
