Review for Rainbow Village Apartments

I don't know where to begin. The police show up twice in a day at times. My children and I have woke up in the middle of the night, twice in the same month from police with K9's and flashlights arresting our neighbors in our backyard and these people still live here. The decent neighbors have been physically threatened by the alcoholic neighbors screaming racial slurs and banging on their doors and walls and those people still live here.One of the junkies from all the drug traffic next door tried to walk into my apartment to ask me for a ride to pick up a T.V. This person was previously 86'ed from the property and the person he comes to visit still lives here. We haven't had a maintenance man in months. I'm not even sure if that's legal. But it doesn't matter because nothing ever gets fixed anyway. It's the worst place I've ever lived. Everyone here has given up on these places. Instead of complaining, everyone just talks about moving now. I've seen people move out 3 days after moving in and I don't blame them. Doesn't matter to management though, as long as they get paid, nothing else matters.
