Review for Columbia Crest Townhomes Apartments

We lived here for almost 7 months and finally had enough. The management is horrible never answers calls,or answered her door and can't remember a thing or keep her appointments with you and Norris & Stevens is terrible to deal with you as the tenant are blamed for all things that go wrong in the townhome even though they were already bad before you got there and the mananger is always right and if they have to fix anything it's a hassle for them and it takes them 3 or more months to get it fixed.The place has black mold or some kind of mold growing on the windows and the windows are horrible and hold no heat so you freeze during the winter.By the time we left there were carpenter ants.There is also moss growing on the outside of the homes.So trying to save money here was impossible. The electric bill was outrageous.So Don't move in here unless you just don't care.Glad to be out of there and be where people care about what they are renting to people.
