Review for Jamestowne Plaza Apartments

The managers of this apartment complex play favorites. An example is the recent felling of several tress on the property. The expense to fell the trees came from the rents of tenants, but none of the wood was offered to tenants (many of whom do have fireplaces). Instead, the managers gave the wood away to their relatives. The current management thinks of themselves as the "gestapo" rather than simply fellow tenants who wish to make things pleasant for all who live here. They have raised rents significantly in the past year without any improvements made to the actual dwellings. I would not recommend living in this complex unless you have no other options.
