Review for Cascade Summit Apartments

It feels safe and it is, anything in West Linn is safe with one cop per household. Parking can be difficult at times and you can see there are several cars that dont actually move. The appearance is good BUT you pay a price. The landscaping is the MOST obnoxious ever, they are out there with loud devices at least 3 days a week for hours, so if you work from home you can forget about being able to hear anything on the phone or being able to concentrate. Office staff is RUDE and snotty and Maintence staff makes you feel uneasy. Unit condition is ok. Noise level is not. i rate a 3 for the price you pay to live there.
