Review for Canyon Creek Apartment Villages Apartments

I am being very serious when I say "They are Crooks" Canyon Creek Apartments have the worst management company I have ever dealt with. They take advantage of young renters especially. Then when it's time to move out you get a bill in the mail a month later saying you still owe an astrnomical amount of money for rediculous thngs such as paint touch up,carpet cleaning, and that you still owe a month of rent, when in fact you don't. But, if you can't afford a lawyer to fight these people dont bother with this place. The owner/land lord's name is Jim Cook he is the most ruthless man I have ever dealt with in my life [no exageration here]. Harassed my daughter continuously after she had already moved out to pay pay pay, rediculed her, belittled her and dis respected her. Very cold and cruel human being. Also, my daughter was sick the whole entire year that she lived there, come to find out it was from the black mold that grows in the walls. Their response is "Oh you will just have to wash it down everyday to keep it away" and never really did anything about it. Please! take my advice on this. This establishment looks very nice and appealing to the eye, but it is very deceaving. If I was you, look for another place, there are plenty of good places other than Canyon Creek. They will treat you horrible and take you for every penny you have.
