Review for Hidden Village Apartments

Since I moved in they have changed hand 2 times(bought by someone). The staff is not friendly and not helpful. They may say one thing and do one thing. They do not explain for the month to month lease after 1 year of living, and required 60 days notice, but when we inform them that we are leaving, they said firmly it is 2 full months notice, that mean 1st day of every month. They may say ok waive the so called "one month' rent charged but later claimed that she did not say it. So, a big lesson.... EVERYTHING ASK FOR BLACK AND WHITE. When we signed out on Sat, they say no walk thru. Ask them to call us for walk thru, they did not call, but when we called they say no need, everything taken care, they will send us statement. 2 weeks later, got a bill, they bill 1 month extra, claimed we broke the microwave door and charged us $80. But when ask to verify, they said it was replaced. The last thing that we recalled we still use the microwave and it is the same when we moved in. The manager then feedback that not a standard procedure to walk thru but if we want we should call her not the administration clerk....... look......you can not trust them.......
I recalled the spot light or the security light was broken during winter probably, Dec or early Jan. It was flashing on and off and it was just outside my bedroom. I was very disturbed and could not sleep well. I reported the clerk toke note. I asked her after a few days it was not repaired, she said the staff not available and it was snowing. I gave them more time but things just not resolved. It went on months, till another staff told me to talked to the manager, it was really not safe, cause the wiring was exposed. The excuse they gave was weather, but it was not snowing the whole winter. The maintaince came the afternoon to repair and making lots of unhappy noise.... Goodness, no apology but still making noises.....
