The office staff sucks! They don't put your work orders in. Kathy Parisi is a witch! She doesn't care about you or thour apartment! I have a petition in process with the residents. They fix your place up for a wweek and then it falls apart! Jennifer the assistant office manager just cares about money. The maintenance guys have even told me that Kathy and jen are awful! Oh and they hired contractors to fix up the outside of the building and one of the workers hit our car with a 4 by 4 on a forklift and he doesn't even have a certificate! Please avoid it here at all costs! We hired an attorney and now are getting out of our lease. Trust all the bad reviews on this community!
