If you are ever considering moving to Lehigh Crossing, you should look elsewhere. Like most apartment management companies, they lie to you when showing you the model. They do not care about your needs or issues. The office staff is severely understaffed and it takes many tries to just get one on the phone. They ignore your emails and voicemails (if you can even leave one - most of the time their mailbox is full). Maintenance does not show up, even if you have emergencies. They don't even answer their emergency maintenance phone number. The internet is worse than dial-up and neither the ISP or Lehigh Crossing will do anything to fix it or refund charges. The ISP is HotWire (gethotwire.com), and they criminally charge $35 a month for speeds that are slower and less reliable than a dial-up or cell phone connection. They admit they only have one technician that services the property and he only stops by once a week. If Internet is important, DO NOT MOVE HERE.
