Review for Ventana Hills Apartments

I just wanted to forewarn any renters that this place is deceiving. They have a housing agreement with a local technical school and as a result the complex has a dorm like feel. I've known several other people who have left this complex with the same complaints.

Kids drive at unsafe speeds and are generally loud and disrespectful at all times.

Also, your complaints are not always handled in a timely manner and they left a dangerous condition untouched for at lest 9 days when a storm ripped the siding off the side of one of the buildings. It took 9 days for them to clear the debris and mark off the area at all. People and/or proeprty could have been damaged in that time period.

I recommend looking into The HIghlands at Montour Run or Waterford Landing in Moon for housing. I had a good experience at Waterford Landing and my brother enjoyed his stay at the Highlands
