Located in the city of camp hill, accessbile to near by bussiness centers and shopping areas
Near to highway US 15, 581
Spacious rooms and closets
Good community
Cons
Very old apatments
Poor condition of units
Poor electric wiring, frequent tripping of fuses
gas leaks, apartment and hallway smells gas occassionally
In-efficient heating and air-condition, cost you higher bills
Air-condition units are noisy
Some of maintenance staff are rude
And all of management staff are very rude and non-cooperative
Will not leave any chance to squeeze money from you
Poorly maintained lawn
Lawn filled with insects and bugs (Centipedes, millipedes...)
Units has holes at heating system for air circualtion and invite insects and bugs inside the unit
Don't get surprised if your unit gets bombarded with centipedes
