Review for Twin Lakes Manor Apartments

Cheap materials and appliances. My faucets have needed to be repaired 5 times in the past 6 years and they still leak. The carpet will look like you lived in the apartment for 5 years when it's only been a year and this is without kids!!
Dont walk in the grass or you will be cleaning your shoes. NO ONE cleans up after their pets and management doesn't seem to think this is important.
Cheap paint, mold....mold...mold!! Serious mold and I've checked with other neighbors and with other buildings so it's not just this apartment.
Management will seem very friendly until you sign a lease then they won't waive let alone pass a smile as they are passing.
The cops are here all the time. As a matter of fact there was a shooting right across from the basketball court a few years ago.
Also there are NO AMENITIES!!! They decided to close the swimming pool due to cost which I don't understand since they raise the rent each year and they spend absolutely no money on the place. Half the time the kids can't play on the basketball court becuase management removes the entire hoop so the kids can't hang out on the court. Can't wait to see what they have to do this summer. I'll have to ride through to take a look becuase I'm OUTTA HERE!!
