Review for Jefferson Woods Apartments

They lure you in with their "luxury" image: brand new apartments, high ceilings, crown molding, hard wood floors, expensive rent, etc.

However, beware: the apartments are a SCAM. The appliances are cheap, loud, and clunky, the plumbing is a mess: low water pressure and lack of hot water. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors run their water and flush their toilet, and the windows leak heat and AC like they're free of charge.

Worst of all, the management are neglectful of their own responsibilities such as providing adequate trash removal. For months, there has not been a single day when the dumpster area is not overflowing with trash. It is absolutely ATROTIOUS.

I highly recommend NOT living here, as it has been an incredibly unplesant and frustrating experience.
